Sizing and Width
It is very important to remember that there in no set standard within the shoe industry for sizing and width. In other words, a size 7 C from Company A may fit entirely different than a size 7 C from Company B. This is because each company makes shoes to their own specific sizing standards and on different lasts.
Fred Kassis will commonly tell customers who are looking for a certain size,
"Please, do not buy a number. Let me fit you in a pair of shoes."
